If you’re here, chances are you’re feeling overwhelmed by digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, a metabolism that is burning out, or the endless cycle of trying to “fix” your health with diets that never quite stick.
I get it—because I’ve been there too.
For most of my life, I struggled with painful digestion (hello, GERD, painful bloating and IBS), mood disorders (and being misdiagnosed more than once), low energy, and frustrating weight fluctuations (I’ve gained and lost over 70lbs, twice!).
Doctors never helped, just telling me to “walk more” or “do the FODMAP diet,” or worse, “keep doing what you’re doing,” when I felt like I was dying. They never gave guidance on how or why, and often didn’t believe me when I expressed how severe my symptoms were.
You can’t out exercise a bad relationship with food, and an elimination diet doesn’t get to the root cause of why you can’t tolerate foods! I was so lost, and knew that I was alone, having to figure it out by myself.
At one point it felt like my body was crashing in all around me.
It took me years to realize the processed food I was eating and the rock and roll lifestyle I was living, full of cycles of binging and overeating were contributing to my problems.
It took even longer to realize the internalized beliefs I had about my body and food were a major factor in my struggles.
I used to chase quick fixes—thinking the next diet or elimination would finally “fix” me—only to end up more confused and disconnected from my body, with my symptoms slowly getting worse, until my body finally shut down and I lived in a state of panic and pain.
What changed?
I stopped treating symptoms and started addressing the root causes with a holistic approach to health, incorporating what I’ve learned over years of practice and experimentation.
I’ve done it all, from 6 years of plant based and veganism, pescatarian, to low carb, carnivor-ish, to pro-metabolic, to a now omnivorous, unrestricted diet.
I’ve been a yogi, a long-distance cyclist, a powerlifter… and someone who has run out of breath walking up a flight of stairs and was terrified to get on my bike because I couldn’t trust my body.
I know what it’s like to start at zero, to feel at war with your body. I know what it’s like to have to start again, and to lift yourself up, one more time.
I also know what it’s like to finally come home to yourself, and feel safe in your body again.
How I can Help, as a Nutritionist + Wellness Coach
As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, I’m passionate about helping women like you reclaim their health in a way that feels aligned, sustainable, and empowering. The journey we’ll take together is rooted in what works—not just for your body, but for your life.
I focus on practical, simple changes that bring big results. Think nourishing ancestral foods to support your gut, balancing hormones through the natural rhythms of the day (yes, that includes better sleep!), and learning to tune in to what your body actually needs. It’s not about restriction—it’s about freedom.
In addition, I’m with you through it all to give guidance on support in a holistic way — that means hearing your story, and drawing connections between different areas of your life; not just the food you eat.

A Little More About Me Nowadays…
I am definitely not living a rock and roll lifestyle anymore, and I love it.
When I’m not working with clients, you can find me writing my high fantasy novel, diving into a good book, playing with my cats, or enjoying nature on long walks through the forest or beach.
I love visiting farms, cooking meals from scratch, and savoring the simple joys of good coffee with raw milk, fresh from the cow (who I probably gave good ear scratches to).
When I’m not doing my own thing, I’m spending time with my partner, cooking or planning our next mini excursion. We visit with our families, or I go out to catch up with a friend over a glass of wine or a warm drink.
I’m living slow - and I love it.
