I approach nutrition and wellness from an open and inclusive mindset, focusing on cultivating supportive habits, a balanced relationship toward food, and a positive relationship with your body for right now, and the years to come. My practice is rooted in an evidence based approach, pulling from circadian biology and functional nutrition while being inspired by the simplicity of ancestral foods and traditional culture. I emphasize seasonal, sustainable and local ingredients to help you build a diet-free lifestyle for a good gut, happy hormones and mindful eating.
