Hi, I’m Shaylyn - Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Community Herbalist, and Somatic Practitioner.
I spent most of my teens and adult life feeling unsafe in my body, fluctuating between binge eating and binge drinking, to going all-in on ultra-restrictive diets and pushing my body to the edge.
Finally at the age of 29, I crashed and burned. Recovering from severe system-wide burnout, learning how to listen to and trust my body, and learning how to eat with freedom from orthorexia and disordered patterns has been a humble journey —
one that I use to dive deep into a truly holistic approach to wellness, for women who are done with band-aid fixes, exhausted by fragmented, symptom-only approaches, and are ready for slow, lasting change that honors their full experience.
