Hi, I’m Shaylyn —
As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Wellness Coach, I bring years of expertise in functional nutrition and circadian biology. My method focuses on eating in a way that supports gut health and metabolism while focusing on ancestral foods, and living a low-tox, circadian-aligned lifestyle; but my journey started from personal experience.
I’ve struggled with poor body image, unhealthy lifestyle and eating habits, as well as gut, hormonal, and metabolic health issues — which is why I’m so passionate about helping women break free from diet culture and symptom-chasing.
